Welcome Packet for Cottage Guests

Purpose:

This welcome packet was designed to enhance the guest experience for visitors staying in the cottage attached to the event space. It serves as a comprehensive guide, providing:

Essential stay guidelines for a smooth and enjoyable visit
Local recommendations, including nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and recreational activities
Emergency information, such as nearby hospitals, medical facilities, and essential contacts

The goal was to ensure that every guest felt comfortable, well-informed, and fully immersed in a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Design Brief:

I was tasked with designing a guest booklet that aligned with the event space’s brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and professional experience. The design needed to be:

Visually consistent with the event space’s branding for a polished and welcoming feel
Clear and user-friendly, making it easy for guests to navigate important information
Flexible in format, as the client was unsure whether it would be printed single- or double-sided

To accommodate this uncertainty, I created a layout that worked well in both print formats, ensuring readability and aesthetic appeal regardless of the final production choice.
