Welcome Packet for Cottage Guests

Purpose: This welcome packet is designed to enhance the experience of guests staying in the cottage attached to the event space. It provides essential guidelines for guest stays, along with local recommendations, including nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and recreational activities. Additionally, it offers critical information on hospitals, emergency services, and other resources to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit. The goal is to make guests stay as comfortable, informed, and memorable as possible.

Design Brief: I was asked to create a booklet for guests renting the cottage on the grounds of an event space. To maintain a seamless and professional experience, I aligned the design with the event space's brand guidelines. This ensures that from the initial sales conversation to the guest's stay in the cottage, the visual identity remains consistent, reinforcing the brand’s quality and creating a cohesive, polished feel throughout the entire guest experience. The person who requested this wasn’t sure if they were going to print the booklet double or single sided so I tried to create a design that could suit both.
